Pickup Soccer
Our pickup organizers reserve game fields, recruit players, provide clean pinnies to distinguish teams and attend every match to ensure things are fun and friendly for all players. In return, all we ask from you is a small session fee on select pickups (cards & Apple/Google Pay only, no cash) to cover the various costs associated with being Kansas City’s first adult soccer club.
Our pickup soccer sessions typically involve 8v8 games on premium turf fields with professional 4×6 goals and balls. Playing in our games, many players have formed bonds and friendships over great plays and memorable moments on the pitch.

We use an incredible pickup sports app called OpenSports to manage our pickups.
Join Soccer KC’s OpenSports group, then download the app and create a profile to view and join upcoming pickup events.
OpenSports is built specifically for pickup sports. Some great features include:
- An easy-to-use mobile app for joining games from your phone
- Automatic refunds if you need to cancel your spot within the refund window
- Automatic waitlist for full pickups notifies players in the order they joined if someone drops
- Invite options for each event to get your friends to play too
